General terms and conditions of pipemarking.com owned and operated by Nordisk Rörmärkning AB
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchase agreements entered into between us (Nordisk Rörmärkning AB) and our customers. By ordering from us, you accept them terms of sale that apply at the time of order. Any deviations from these terms of purchase or application of the customer’s own purchase terms requires Nordisk Rörmärkning AB written pre-approval.
A customer’s purchase order is not a binding obligation for Nordisk Rörmärkning AB. An agreement is only entered into when Nordisk Rörmärkning AB at its own discretion approves the customer’s order. Orders placed via our pipemarking.com website are valid only when they have been approved by our sales department and you have received a final order confirmation. A completed order entails a liability to pay. Cancellation of orders requires Nordisk Rörmärkning AB written pre-approval.
Swedish law is applied to the sales agreement and these general terms and conditions. Disputes shall be decided in Swedish Court.
(1) Conclusion of purchase agreements
A completed order means that you accept our terms of sale and agree that we register your information in our customer register. Before you place an order through our website, you must first read and accept the terms and conditions. The purchase agreement is drawn up in Swedish.
All our prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) excluding VAT and shipping, 25% VAT will be added thus at stated prices. Orders placed via our website are only valid when they have approved by our sales department, and when you have received final order confirmation. We reserve us for any printing errors. For financial reasons, e.g., increase in commodity prices, some prices may change before deferred period of validity. In this case, the customer is informed of the price change in connection with his/her order and the price changes in the order confirmation.
(3) Delivery and transport
Shipping cost is added to purchase price given in our web shop.
Items in stock are sent the same day if orders are placed no later than 13.00. The delivery time which is stated on the order confirmation is approximate and shall not be considered binding. Delays due to events that are beyond the control of our company, so-called force majeure, do not entitle to the right to cancel the order, the right to compensation or penalties. Nordisk Rörmärkning AB is not responsible for any loss, damage or cost, directly or indirectly, incurred by the customer as a result of occurring delivery delay, regardless of the reason for the delay.
Payment is made in one of the following ways:
- Payment with invoice: 15 days net. You will find all payment details on the invoice. Please state the invoice address, your order number, and email invoice address.
Any overdue interest will be added in accordance with Directive 2000/35 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on combating late payments in commercial transactions. The interest is calculated from the payment date until Nordisk Rörmärkning AB has received payment. The customer shall in accordance with the said directive replace reasonable costs, including agency costs, incurred by Nordisk Rörmärkning AB in connection with recovery of the late payment.
(5) Reservation of ownership
Delivered goods remain the property of Nordisk Rörmärkning AB until full payment has been received. Regardless if delivery has taken place and any risk has been transferred to the customer, Nordisk Rörmärkning AB reserves the right to do so to the extent this is permitted by law, the right of ownership until full payment of the purchase price as well as the rest amounts due according to the customer’s agreement have been paid. Until then, the customer must handle the products on in such a way that they can be identified as Nordisk Rörmärkning AB’s property and after delivery at their own expense insure them against all usual risks.
Risks and benefits associated with the goods sold are transferred to the customer as soon as he receives them. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the products upon delivery. Damaged, faulty or lost products must be reported in writing to Nordisk Rörmärkning AB within 7 (seven) days from delivery receipt. Otherwise, the customer is considered to have approved the goods. In case of hidden faults, a complaint must be made take place immediately after discovery, but no later than three months after the delivery date.
(6) Return Policy
A product that does not meet customer expectations can be returned unused and in its original packaging within 30 days. The customer then receives either a credit corresponding to that amount invoiced for the returned item (excluding shipping) or a replacement product. If the product is exchanged for another of higher value, the customer will be invoiced for the difference. If, on the other hand, it is exchanged for another of lower value, the customer receives a credit for the difference.
All returns are accepted on the following conditions:
- The product is returned to Nordisk Rörmärkning AB within 30 working days from the delivery date.
- The product is a stock item, i.e. it has not been ordered at the customer’s request and has not been specially manufactured.
- You as a customer are responsible for return shipping. In cases where the product is damaged or defective, we bear the cost of pick up or shipping of the product
- The product that is returned is in good condition and is returned unused in its original packaging.
- Nordisk Rörmärkning AB reserves the right to refuse to accept damaged or poorly packaged products.
- Nordisk Rörmärkning AB has pre-approved the return and provided a Return number.
Any complaints are emailed to email@example.com, or sent to Nordisk Rörmärkning AB, Garverivägen 10, 446 37 Älvängen. Complaints do not release the customer from their payment obligation.
All agreements entered into via our website are archived for 10 years. Application for access to our archives email to firstname.lastname@example.org or send by letter to Nordisk Rörmärkning AB, Garverivägen 10, 446 37 Älvängen.
(9) Personal data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act (1998: 204).
(10) General terms and conditions for campaigns and discounts
Campaigns cannot be combined. They do not apply to products whose price is already reduced and or considering heavy weight and or bulky products.
